So while I didn't finish this, because it was another case of Ailyn wants to like dark romance and realizes 50% of the way through no, no she doesn't - I give this a solid four stars. It's well written you want the F.MC to succeed, to get her moments of power and keep them. You will absolutely loathe the ones you're supposed to, too.

Spice is a solid 5, it just wasn't quite enough for me to keep going to the end.
