I love me some sports romance, and this one delivered on both counts. I loved Hancock in all his soft-hearted alpha goodness. His interactions with Sway delighted me, and I also enjoyed his interactions with his family. Sway was what I expected in a curvy girl heroine. She accepted her body, but also suffered from bouts of insecurity. Starting a relationships with someone so high profile, while also carrying the baggage from a past mentally abusive relationship can do that to a girl, who doesn't fit the "beauty standard". There was banter and baseball, a villain and even a life or death situation, and overall, I had a fun time seeing Sway and Hancock get their HEA.
