Summary:
If you heard the rumors of a reclusive and eccentric author’s death, you’d probably believe them, right? Would your opinion change if you heard that there was no body to be found? Just her final manuscript.
Cassandra Tripp may be dead, but her words linger. She has one final story to tell, but reading it is expensive. Reading it will tell the world who she was trying to protect and what really happened…could you resist?
Review:
You Let Me In is such an atmospheric read; I’d suggest checking it out for that reason alone! But seriously, this was an interesting novel, to put it lightly. It’s dark and twisted in ways I didn’t expect (even the title and description didn’t prepare me!).
I love the blending of the real world with this creepy fantasy world. It’s what you would imagine a fairytale world would look like if the Brothers Grimm (or something similar) got their hands on it.
You Let Me In will bend your mind in a mostly good way. I can promise you that you won’t forget about it anytime soon.
