Okay, so I really wanted to like this little mini-series. I’ve liked almost all of the other Spider-Gedden spinoffs, so I kind of expected to like this one too. But after three issues I still haven’t been able to get into it. Which is so frustrating, because Jessica Drew was in this mini-series and I adore her.
This issue concluded the plot for Spider-Force, for good or for bad. All of the adventures were only in one universe – one that has been nearly eradicated thanks to radiation. There’s a reason why that universe became so important though, so I have to give it credit for that. The last page of the series ties directly back into Spider-Geddon. So it was worth reading in that sense – I wouldn’t have had a clue what was going on otherwise.
