The Sorcerer of Mandala

This is a hard review to write. I wanted to love it but it's too young for me. Things that were supposed to be funny and quirky just came off as silly and weird, like leaving the younger sibling tied to a post.

It has its moments and it's place. I think a lot of boys will like this book.

The world is interesting and different. The characters are a trio of special boys on an epic adventure saving their world. It's a classic fantasy hero's journey with a like nothing else world building and modern day humor.

I couldn't agree more with Hema Penmaste's review, basically.
