I have a horrible habit of reading a series out of order, Imaginary Lines is the first book I've read in this series. It was a quick and enjoyable read, and I love the stories about having a second chance at love.

Tamar has loved Abe for nearly 12 years and he broke her heart because he just wasn't ready nor did he realize how he actually felt for her. Since it's been 4 years past the day he broke her heart, they are back in each others' live. It's inevitable that Tamar will be hesitant and have her doubts, as much as she loves Abe, can she step over that hurdle and open herself up to him again? And the even bigger question, can Abe be the man he needs to be for her?

I thought this was a sweet little book, I loved that there weren't too many crazy elements in this story. And nothing SUPER dramatic, when it came to emotions. Not going to lie, I was waiting for things to get super angsty, but I was rather grateful it wasn't like that at all. With her being a reporter and him being a pro football player, I knew things would get a little hairy, but as to what it was, it was easy to catch on with what would happen.

If you're looking for a light read and the characters don't beat around the bush, then give this one a go. I think you'll enjoy it as much as I did.
