It's never too early to look at the world, and the things that you and your baby will enjoy, together. Making connections between images on a page and the real world is an important building block for your baby's communication skills--and these simple, solid-white sports figures, paired with bold and colorful sports balls, provide a great high-contrast experience for young developing eyes.
It's high-contrast illustrations of athletes and the balls used in their sports. I don't know what issue you would have with it, unless you wanted a different variety of sports represented. (For instance, nothing like gymnastics, running, swimming, etc. here because they don't have balls.)
