I checked this out on a whim. I mean, it's Meg Cabot, so I knew it would be ok, but it was more than ok. This book was adorable.

I cannot resist following in Samantha's footsteps, so here's my list of why I loved this book

1. Samantha is funny, spunky, and vivacious. I just loved her to pieces. Her humor and wit were right in line with my own, and she did save the president's life.

2. Samantha's sisters. I loved that they were so different from each other. They each added something special to the story, and in the end, they both cared about Samantha very much.

3. FRISSON! Really, FRISSON!!

4. David is so sweet and honest. I adored him.

5. Samantha grew as a person. This is always important to me when I read books. She started out thinking many things about the people in her "inner circle", but her opinion of them changed as she opened her mind and her eyes to learn more about them. She learned to assert herself and to be honest, and THAT is how one gets the HEA

6. Gwen Stefani references. She is my biggest girl-crush.

7. The windowsill -- SWOON!

8. This is just a super-fun book that made me laugh throughout, and when I was not laughing, I was "awwwwing".

9. Jack. He was took, but it was so much fun to laugh at him.

10. The lists. They were hilarious.
