We hooked up on New Year’s Eve two years ago—but she doesn’t remember me.
I spotted her in the crowd in NYC on that cold night and she told me her New Year’s Resolution was to try every flavor of Oreos. I was hooked on the spot—and then I kissed her at midnight. We hit up a convenience store to grab every kind of cookie they offered, and then we ended the night at my place. I’m usually the type of guy to sneak out before the girl wakes up in the morning—but not this time.
When I wake up in the morning, the sheets are cold and she’s gone. All she leaves me is a short note and doesn’t even sign her name. There’s no phone number either. I was nothing but a hookup to her, and now I understand how it feels to be on the other end of that deal.
But then I get a new client at Beautiful Entourage two years later—and it’s her. The Oreo-loving woman from New Year’s Eve. She steps into my office and tells me she needs a date for a wedding—and has no idea who I am.
I agree to her proposal—and have no intention of sticking to any rules.
