So bam, opening pages you are hit in the face with a turbulent introduction to Daisy!

We have a few different storylines in this book, so much going on to keep you going. Daisy, she doesn’t know what happened to her parents and someone leaves her gifts every year. Her grief and guilt with Charlie, and more recently her saviour Roy. Told you, a lot to get your head around these pages.

There is a lot to keep you guessing and things really are not as they seem with the different plots overlapping. However, with so many things needing answers you find yourself immersed in the book quite quickly wanting the answers to all your questions. Also, just a warning, some readers may experience some red cheeks when reading this as some of the scenes are a little bit hot under the collar…if you catch my drift.

The writing of this book just flows and makes it an easy to book to read and to keep turning the pages (or kindle pages). It is hot, it is suspenseful and there is such a thrill when reading this book, as you are in privy to the secrets and not all the characters are. Secrets that are now all shown straight away, things are drawn out for you to follow the story, and it isn’t just Daisy that has secrets. Oh, woe why can’t things just be easy! It certainly does keep you guessing throughout.

I have to say as well, the cover is what drew me to this book, it was intriguing and I wanted to know what secrets were being hidden….well now I know.
