OMG, this book was a killer! Eve deals with death every day, but not the death of someone that matters. Investigating a cop killer is bad enough, but when Eve's emotions and friendships get involved - you know you're in for quite the story. Loved every minute and there were quite a few moments where tears trailed down my face. The mystery was impressive and Eve handled it so well. Continuing to love this series - 28 books in!
