It's a great retelling of Cinderella, one of the best ones I've read.
This is book 1 and does end on a cliffhanger but trust me - it's well worth it to continue on! This is part of a trilogy, and all books are published already. So sit down and turn the fan on, because you'll need it!
Ash & Winston Constantine's story is brilliantly written. The book flows really well, and though Ash is a very strong woman and Winston is the epitome of a cold glazier at times, they work perfectly as a couple. Not that Winston would ever want to admit such a thing though hehe.
This Cinderella retelling doesn't hold back, it's full of intrigue, mystery, kink, and feelings and you end up rooting for both of them!
I really liked Ash and though she was young, she was smart and when she makes mistakes or makes bad choices they don't end up going oooooon and oooon for the rest of the book, most things are fixed quite fast, which is just how I like it. She and Winston's relationship takes off as a typical "I have something you need, what are you willing to pay for it" type, and they start their relationship - if we can call it that hehe.
He's very much her Sugar Daddy at the start, but I absolutely loved it and I highly recommend this series.
Her name is Ash Elliot, but Winston calls her his Cinderelliot. It's brilliant.
This series has quite a large age gap (about 20 years), and it does have humiliation kink but it's all consensual. I absolutely loved it, it was so hotly written, but what do you expect from a K.Webster book? There's nothing that woman can't write haha.
