I loved this — it was fast-paced, totally creepy, and had me dying to know the truth about what happened after five teenage boys go hunting and only four come out of the woods. There’s a heavy emphasis on the legal system and lawyering which was really interesting. (The main character, Kate, is the DA’s assistant — which I did honestly find a little unbelievable as she’s only in high school.) I do wish there had been a little bit more character development with the River Point Boys particularly, but all in all I still really enjoyed this.
