Brooklynaire - Classic Edition by Sarina Bowen

Brooklynaire - Classic Edition (Brooklyn Bruisers, #4)

by Sarina Bowen

A sexy new standalone from USA Today bestseller Sarina Bowen.

You’d think a billion dollars, a professional hockey team and a six-bedroom mansion on the Promenade would satisfy a guy. You’d be wrong.

For seven years Rebecca has brightened my office with her wit and her smile. She manages both my hockey team and my sanity. I don’t know when I started waking in the night, craving her. All I know is that one whiff of her perfume ruins my concentration. And her laugh makes me hard.

When Rebecca gets hurt, I step in to help. It’s what friends do. But what friends don’t do is rip off each others’ clothes for a single, wild night together.

Now she’s avoiding me. She says we’re too different, and it can never happen again. So why can’t we keep our hands off each other?

For those of us that have read the books in the Brooklyn Bruisers series, we've had the pleasure of seeing Nate and Becca's romance from the outside.

In Brooklynaire we get a front row seat to this sweet and ridiculously sexy romance.
Alert:
Sarina Bowen is a "happy place" author for me. Meaning when I read her books, I am in my happy place. Her words work for me. Bowen takes a friends to lovers story and infuses it with Nate and Becca's quirkiness. I absolutely ADORED Nate, he was so smitten with Becca and he was determined to turn their friendship into so much more. His love for her was just so stinkin' cute and sweet and when they hit the sheets? Holy Schnickies, it was HOT. Who knew our tech guy was going to burn up the sheets with the sexiest dominant edge? YIKES. So freaking hot.

Becca is simply awesome. She's been friends with and an assistant to Nate since before Nate hit it big in the tech business. For me, she was an easy to like character and I enjoyed the development of her character throughout the book.

All of the questions we had in the other books about Becca and Nate are answered and then some. But if you're completely new to the Brooklyn Bruisers world, you'll be totally fine picking this one up and going back to the other books. ( I LOVE those books, so I encourage you to read those.)
