This is the perfect audiobook to listen to while driving! The essays are short and informative. Orlean does a fantastic job narrating the essays. I did feel like that last section of the book deviated from the theme of telling stories about animals and drifted back into Orlean's person life with animals. That part wasn't as exciting or informative as the first part of the book.
