My Review:

I’m going back to Crescent Cove…. I couldn’t wait to hang with these guys again.

Haley is back in Crescent cove after a year away this time she is planning to stay a lot long but soon she needs to do a bit of damage control. It seems Colby Taylor’s parents have found him and things are about to change. Chasing forever down just hit some Rough Waters (see what I did) :)

Once again Nikki has written a group of characters that I really would love to hang with in real life. Seeing the old and meet some new it was a fun hanging with everyone again. Haley is still dating Vin but I will be honest as much as I loved him in the first book I was not a fan of him in this one. I thought he was kind of a douche and as the story progressed I thought Haley deserved a lot better. I loved her relationship with the guys but especially Topher and AJ.

The story was fun, sometime I felt it kind of lost it’s way once in a while but overall this was a great read and I enjoyed every minute of it. I loved that it didn’t go the way I had originally expected it to go. A lot changes with all the characters in this book and I felt they really developed a lot more and you get to see a different side of them and a lot of growing up also.

This was a really strong read and believe that this series need to be more popular than it is. Overall I gave Rough Waters 4/5 Stars, great characters and a really great story. I adore this series and after what happens at the end I can’t wait to see what happens next.
