I have always loved the Shades of Magic world, and Maxim was a character I took high interest in during the main trilogy. The final graphic novel I believe does justice to his legacy, and also adds depth to his character when us as readers meet him in the books. There is a lot to him that we never saw, so I applaud the comics bringing him so beautifully to life.
