I thought this was a pretty good story. I liked Flynn and Laurel, both were a bit complicated and had real life issues that made their attraction to each other genuine. The sex scenes were eye openers, but it was made clear that consent was a priority. Flynn may have appeared a hard-ass, but was thoughtful of his partners. Knowing this book was from EC's Exotika line, I knew there might not be a traditional HEA, so I was okay with the HFN ending.
