My Review:

Jumping into a series that you love is one of my favorite types of read. Knowing all the characters and looking forward to seeing how they have grown since the last book. The Celtic Mythos series has a group of characters that I just adore and a story that is beyond amazing.

The last books had lots of action in it and really moved the story along very nicely. I couldn’t wait for this book, the last book left you with a bit of a cliffhanger and I was eager to find out what happened next.

Of course I still love these characters and Brendan and Lizzie did a lot of growing up through out this book. Brendan and Dorians relationship is really cute and very well done, you can totally tell how much they care for each other. Lizzie has a great relationship with Frank I think it really added a nice touch to Lizzie's story and they are just adorable together. Elathan is just down right nasty and his hope of getting Caoranach to be at his side you can see that things are starting to get kind of scary for Brendan and his friends. I loved the progression of the story however it hit a slow spot in certain places and I really felt this was the set-up book for the big battle in the next book. It still had action, adventure and some funny moments, but I was hoping for a bit more of the fight and some parts were very repetitive. I usually don't like a lot of POV changes and you do change to a lot of different characters in this book but I think it kind of gives you all sides to the story making the story a lot more in depth than if it was just Brendan or Lizzies POV.

I adore this entire series and can’t wait for the next book which I believe is the last book, I'm just not sure I'm ready for it to end. I pretty much knew this was going to be a great read, the slow parts and build up for the final battle is what lead me to give this a 4 rating, it was so great to be in the company of great character, once again Brad LaMar did a phenomenal job writing an amazing story and creating a world I loved reading about.
