The second part of The Hours Trilogy, while good, did not live up to the sheer romanticism of part one - [b:Notturno|6564154|Notturno (The Hours Trilogy #1)|Z.A. Maxfield|http://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1245983162s/6564154.jpg|6757064]. But then, Notturno grabbed me heart and soul...definitely difficult to match!

That doesn't make Vigil a bad book. No, No, No! But it is different. Adin and Donte are still trying to make their relationship work in spite of many ups and downs. And Adin rescues a young teen, Bran, who doesn't know exactly who - or what- he is. This book establishes a transition for Adin and Donte and I'm looking forward to part three!
