I love second chance romances so much, and as a bonus, this was also a sports romance. Right there, made this book a good pick for me, but a few of the other elements, increased my enjoyment even more. Lacey and Zach said goodbye to each other five years ago. She was off to do her internship, while he was starting his professional baseball career. Fast forward, and their paths cross again. Back in each other's orbits, Zach realizes he never lost that loving feeling, but Lacey is hiding something from him.

I will admit, there was this one thing, that seemed to keep happening, and I was like, "REALLY!!", but it didn't matter, because I will always root for a couple to choose love. There was super sexy and super cute moments, and some moments that made me want to smack them both, but overall, I loved watching Zack and Lacey get their second chance. The ending was all about making me happy too. I will definitely be checking out the next book in this series.
