certainly wouldn’t call this book “stunning”. Maybe “stunningly weird”. I’m just not really enjoying these early books in the Delaware series. In fact, I think that if I had come into Kellerman’s work with these first few books, I never would have continued. I just felt like he was trying too hard. Everything in the book was overly complicated. And too much weird sex stuff. I just felt very “blah” about it. And of course, because I felt that way, it was one of the longest Kellerman books I’ve read. I didn’t think I was ever going to get to the end of it.
