I received an Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) of this book from Booksprout and the publisher in exchange for a fair and honest book review.
I was able to predict everything. It was confusing and frustrating how the explanation behind everything is absurd and shallow. There was no character build up and personally, I didn’t feel anything. 😐 … just meh. I wish the author would give us a better back story, more intense twists and revelations, also the character build-up is important as we need to imagine these characters so we can feel their emotions and empathize with them.
