I love the previous work of this author and definitely wanted to give this one a try. We have Bodhi, a member of the boy band Virtuous Paradox, he is sent to rehab to help with his drug addiction. And that's where the love interest comes in, Kimberly.

Their romance was sweet and I enjoyed that part of the story, but mixing it with drug abuse and going through rehab, the story became very unrealistic. I'm not expert on recovery, but it seemed like he seem to get through it very quickly. And adding a forbidden relationship, it just seemed a bit much for me to wrap my head around.

I wasn't able to connect with the story as much as I wanted to.
