I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Undeniably Forbidden, the second book in the Boston's Irresistible Billionaire series, showcases a brooding billionaire doctor and single dad who finds love with his daughter's nanny. For those seeking a steamy, emotional, and entertaining tale, look no further than Undeniably Forbidden.

Dr. Owen Fritz isn't in the market for a long-term relationship; his daughter's welfare is his paramount concern, and introducing a woman into their lives would be disruptive. Thus, when he encountered the vibrant and attractive Estlin, a meeting that occurred only because his best friend had to cancel their plans, he intended it to be a single night's affair. Yet, destiny had a different plan for them.  Imagine his surprise the following day, when he discovers the true identity of his one-night stand. His best friend's sister and his daughter's prospective Nanny.  Indeed, what a predicament!

Owen knew that having Estlin in his home would be a significant challenge. Owen made up his mind to resist the attraction between them, prioritizing his daughter's well-being and his friendship with her brother. However, as the saying goes, the road to hell is often paved with good intentions.

It puzzled me why they believed maintaining a professional relationship would come easy. It's common knowledge that a single taste of the forbidden fruit often leads to an insatiable desire for more, especially when it's constantly within reach. Estlin and Owen were bound to discover this the hard way—pun intended. The intrigue heightened as they attempted to conceal their relationship from family and friends. One could only speculate how long they could keep their secret before it eventually blew up in their faces. Fortunately, when the truth came to light, the fallout was not excessively dramatic, and ultimately, everything resolved positively.

Owen captivated me when I met him in "Undeniably Convenient," so delving into his story in "Undeniably Forbidden" was delightful. His lack of arrogance, entitlement, and self-absorption was refreshing. His love for his daughter drove him, and he would do everything to protect her, even at the expense of his own desires. Estlin, an up cand coming artist, is striving to leave her mark on the world. After a hit to her confidence, she's piecing it back together, one painting at a time. Despite their differences, they found common ground in the unexpected betrayals by their ex-partners. As a couple, they complemented each other perfectly, providing exactly what the other needed.

If you're not a fan of particularly steamy romances, then this book might not be to your taste. However, for those who enjoy a more intense level of passion, 'Undeniably Forbidden' would be a perfect choice.
