Vampire Ian MacPhie has a new face and a new mission - now that he looks twenty-seven instead of fifteen, he's on the lookout for true love. He claims that all he wants is another vampire ...until Toni Duncan comes along. Toni's best-friend is locked up in a psycho ward, deemed insane when she confesses that vampires attacked her. The only way to get her out is for Toni to prove that vampires exist. So Toni comes up with a plan: make Ian lose control, and beg him to transform her. He's reluctant - for he's deeply in love with Toni, and doesn't want to act too fast - and a passionate chase ensues.
Ian is excellent, and Toni just amazing, a real 21st century heroine, just the way I like them! A lot of twists and turn, but a real happy ending - great story!
