Me encanta William Poundstone. Parece que este libro es una enumeración de rompecabezas lógicos que usan a veces las empresas en las entrevistas de trabajo, pero es en realidad mucho más. Habla de la historia de los tests de inteligencia, de si realmente es útil que un candidato sea capaz de resolver rompecabezas aun cuando lleva 15 años trabajando en el sector, de si es posible evaluar la efectividad de estos exámenes para la correcta selección de empleados... Tiene un montón de cosas interesantes. Por supuesto, incluye cincuenta y tantos problemas resueltos, algunos más obvios y otros menos. Muy entretenido. Se nota que el libro tiene ya un tiempo cuando hablan de "programar un vídeo" y cosas así, pero el contenido es plenamente actual.
