I'm going to start this off by saying that I'm not super acquainted with Rachel's Eagle Elite's series, I feel like one of the last people that haven't read them yet. So I was pretty excited to start her new mafia series, knowing that you didn't need to read EE first.

Ruthless Princess was nothing like I'd imagine it would be. And it has nothing with the cruelty and darkness that they're constantly surrounded by. It was the characters and their stories.
