It has been quite some time since I've picked up an A.L. Jackson book and it seemed like it was overdue for one. And that's when I decided to pick up Kiss the Stars. I have to say that A.L. Jackson is one of the poetic writers that I've read from and that's one of the reasons why I've loved some of the books I've read by her.
I was immediately sucked into Mia and Leif's story. From the first moment they met, it was literally like your breath was sucked out of you. Plus when was the last time I read a story with a broken hero, I'm such a sucker for those. But Mia has her share of a horrific past.
