It's a 4.5 for me. It started out rocky, because I had to wade through a lot of purple prose that reminded me of Shatter Me, which is not too bad, if it's done in the right way. After the firs few chapters, the writing straightened, and I was able to actually see the story, and the characters. I loved them. I really like Willow's character arch, how she developed and became a stronger, more confident version of herself. Kudos to Ms. Doughton for writing this book that made my afternoon pretty enjoyable!
