I am not usually a novella fan. They often leave me wanting more, but this was one of the few that I loved!

Why?
Getting to see what happened from Blake's POV filled in a lot of the gaps from "Falling for Autumn". I had a much better understanding of the events and I really learned a lot more about Blake through his flashbacks and narration.

We got more story. The story goes beyond the ending of book 1. We get more closure with respect to Blake's family, his career, his and Autumn's relationship and I really believe this is the number one reason why I embraced this novella.

This is us seeing Blake's healing process, and I just loved him even more by the end of the book.
