The Roommate Agreement

The title says it all. This story involves a contract that Shelby sets in place with her roommate and best friend, Jay, because he's completely messy and terrible to live with.

This started promising and I was enjoying it but it got soooo dragged out with nothing really of substance. It felt very repetitive. I really wanted to like this because it has the friends-to-lovers trope, as well as roommates. But it got very boring and induced a lot of eye-rolls. I found it very childish and very cringy, at times.
