Danny is a poor girl, who has faced and overcome a lot of adversity in her 21 years. Ryan is wealthy and has lived a life of privilege, but one lacking in familial affection. The two of them together is stupendous. I loved reading about them falling in love. I developed a soft spot for Danny and was rooting for Ryan the whole time. The characters had surprising dimensions and the story had a great pace which made this a very enjoyable read.
I will definitely read more books by Sawyer Bennett.
