I feel like any true Spider-Man needs somebody irrationally hating on him. Okay, in Peter’s case it’s Spider-Man who is hated on, and in Miles’ case it’s his mild-mannered alto ego, but you get my point.
This was a relatively low key issue, but I also kind of feeling like they’re building up to something more. Like perhaps the angry guy will become a recurring problem (I feel like he will) or there’s a reason behind all the events Miles has to deal with in a single day. Something like that.
I will say that it was nice to see Miles finally figuring out some sort of balance for his life. It’s not perfect, and there’s room for improvement…but I kind of feel like the kid needed a win, you know?
