Okay, so we all knew that they were going to make another series stemming from the events of No Justice. There’s no way around that – it was too opened ended for them to avoid. After all, what about all those planets, not to mention the citizens, still out of place?
I’m actually really happy that they’re taking the time to start answering these questions. You can sort of get an idea for which way they’re going with things, just based off the four characters they’ve included on the cover (and for those curious; they’re the main four characters of the series thus far).
I’ll admit that the cover gave me a certain sense of…trepidation. Am I the only one that thinks they look a little evil here? I’m concerned that we’ll be seeing a brain washing plot of some sort (in case it isn’t clear; I’m concerned for the sake of the characters). Jessica Cruz has quickly become one of my favorite newer characters, so I’d hate to see anything happen to her character that would dramatically change events in the other series she appears in.
As far as the main plot is concerned…I’m not sold just yet. I think it has potential, but we’re not there just yet. I need more information for what is going to happen and how it’ll affect these characters. I’m worried that this will become another large event that results with a following large event. It seems like that’s been a thing that’s happening lately (in multiple publishing companies).
