This one broke my heart, mainly because of Trace. He tried hard to beat his addiction, but you knew he was doing to for the wrong reason because he was doing it to be the right man for Kylie instead of doing it for himself. HIs self discovery, at the hands of the female version of himself, was probably the point where if I wasn't already in love with him I would have fallen head over heels.

Kylie showed her age in this one, especially with all the bitchy, catty fighting that went on in that tour bus, but there were also those moments where she was much wiser than those nineteen years. This was a transition for Kylie. She was fighting for her dreams and her first love, while slowly getting a little jaded by her past.

The end of the book will gut you, but thankfully the third book GIRL IN LOVE is now available.
