The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, #1)

I saw the Pants movies back when they came out, and enjoyed them very much. I was always curious how they compared to the books, and I have to admit, it was a great adaptation. Then again, I think they had a great story to work with. I am all for fierce friendships, and I like it even better, when it's a friendship between a group of females, who are so supportive. I loved the way the story panned from girl to girl, and how their "spotlights" were interspersed with letters to one another.

Overall: A really sweet and touching story of friendship, which warmed my heart.
