It's been a while since I've read a straight up NA book, and I enjoyed this. I always love when a hero and heroine have some history, and this was a romance in the making for several years. These two kept turning up in each other's lives, though the timing was never right. I was glad the universe had other plans, and finally forced them together, because they made a great pair. I was really happy with a choice Maise made in the storyline. I was actually pleasantly surprised by it, and glad it wasn't what I expected. (Thank goodness!) The ending was really sweet, and you know who cannot resist a good epilogue? This girl! It left me happy and smiling.
