When Josie was approached by her ex college roommate, Linda, about representing her daughter in a murder trail, she was a little hesitant. But, after meeting Hannah and seeing how troubled she was, Josie made the decision to represent her. Not convinced that Hannah actually killed her step grandfather, a beloved California Justice, Josie decided to dig deeper into the case. What she found will not only affect her life but the lives of Hannah, her mother and step father.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this book. From the first page (where Hannah was being booked for murder) to the last chapter, the author kept you on edge and constantly guessing about what exactly happened the night Fritz Rayburn was killed.

Will I read it again? Absolutely

Will I reccomend it to family and friends? Absolutely.
