Joey is more than a little lost. His older brother told him to get out of there as soon as he graduated, and so he did. With his two best friends from college, Wald and Huck. Then, he finds out he has a daughter who doesn't have her mother anymore. And he knows he has to do everything he can to get her back.
Brooke is lost, too. But she wants to find herself again. Not sure she found the best way to do that, though, by becoming Joey's fake fiancée. But you know - whatever works for her.
This story is a very hot MMFM, and there is also a big mystery and some suspense. I was a little confused for a while, and I think that was the purpose. I mean, the characters didn't really know what was going on, so how could I? That's something that took me away from the story a little bit, though.
I have to say I can't wait for Johnny's story to arrive, though. It's going to be epic, I'm sure of it.
