If you love Doctor Strange when he's at his most out there plots, then you'll love this one. It has dozens of classic Doctor Strange cameos, as well as cosmic powers, love interests, and so much more. It was a fun read, but I imagine it'll be especially so for those that have read all of the plot points covering the character cameos.
