Buffy Omnibus Volume 1

I watched "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" movie & the TV Show when it first aired, a long time ago. I am a comic reader, but I've never read any Buffy comics. I stumbled upon this omnibus and was feeling nostalgic, so I decided to read it.

It took me back to why I loved Buffy growing up. The art is alright and probably has to do with certain time periods that each story was originally written. The halfway point of the book is where I start to enjoy the stories more. That would be issues 51-59, which have that feeling of Buffy in them. In the beginning of the book, the Origin story was alright and the Spike & Dru story was weak to me.

Overall, I enjoyed what I read. It has me wanting to track down more Buffy comics to read.
