I was very happy when I found out The Six Sisters had written a healthy eating cookbook. I have loved using their recipes for years. I've changed my way of eating the past several years where I eat low-carb foods, especially a lot of veggies. It was amazing to see so many recipes that I could use. There are also so many recipes that are low-calorie for those that watch their calorie intakes. After reading through the cookbook, I could see this was a very well-rounded cookbook using healthy and natural ingredients. My own kids were so excited to start trying out some of the recipes. They especially were enthusiastic about trying the breakfast recipes. We sat down and immediately started making a weekly menu just from the recipes found in this cookbook. Some of our favorites:
Blueberry Protein Pancakes, Scrambled Egg Breakfast Muffins, Healthy Avocado Chicken Salad, Lemon Garlic Salmon, and Dark Chocolate Zucchini Bread.

As always, the actual book has beautiful photographs of all of the finished recipes and clear and easy to read directions. I also like how most of the recipes have few ingredients that are easy on your budget. The recipes I tried were prepared quickly and I didn't spend a lot of time in the kitchen. This cookbook is a true winner for me and my family and for other families looking for healthier recipes.
