Took a while to get there...

I enjoyed this MC book that was recommended to me by friends. A little slow to start but eventually had my full attention. It had all the usual things I expect in this type of book. Lots of badass bikers with their priorities being bikes, booz and babes.

This was one of the first MC books I've read where the h REALLY had a problem with the stuff the club dealt with. Most of the books the h generally gets over it pretty quickly, but in this one Edie had first hand experience of people affected by their product.

I gave away one star because even in the end I wasn't completely convinced this was a couple who could go the distance. Dawg's in your face actions and the way he lived was not something I enjoyed seeing even if he and Edie weren't together at the time. The biker life is definitely not for me.

Overall a good storyline with some wonderful characters. I will definitely be reading more from this author.
