A fun and cute friends-to-more romance, laced with some really wonderful moments and just enough drama to keep it interesting.

I am a fan of Murphy's NA and adult books, so I was interested to see what she had to offer in the YA realm. I found Saving It to be fun, light, and flirty and I was throughly entertained.

•Pro: The number one reason why I wanted to read this was because it was a friends-to-more story. I love this type of romance, and I absolutely liked the way Murphy let it evolve.

•Pro: The friendship between Eden and Josh was very solid. They had known each other for many years, shared a lot of history, and had been besties since 8th grade. They shared a lot of special moments and some TMI moments, and it was a friendship I envied.

•Pro: I was a fan of both Eden and Josh as well as Eden&Josh. They were both very likable, and super easy to ship.

•Pro: The Bachelor references were fun, and a grand gesture will always win me over.

•Pro: This was a fun, light, cute romance, and sometimes that is exactly what you are looking for.

•Con: I struggled a little with the friends. Eden's other BFF was a little too angsty at times, while Abraham was too much of bro, though at times he was pretty decent.

•Pro: The ending was the type of ending I love. So, it definitely left me with a happy feeling.

Overall: A sweet and fun friends-to-more romance, laced with some really touching moments and just enough drama to keep it interesting.
