I loved it. This is the first Solo Cable series in the new era of the X-men. I usually find solo Cable stories to be a hit or miss for me and I was a little unsure about teenager Cable. This series has made me like teenager Cable and I'm excited to read what happens next, especially since it looks like old man Cable or a version of him might still be alive somewhere.

I love seeing the family dynamics of the Summer household and that Scott & Jean get to be parents, since they only were able to raise cable when he was a young boy. I also like seeing the interactions with Emma and the Cuckoos, those were the best parts to me. The art was great.

Overall, I liked it and will read Vol 2 in the series.
