I read the first book of this series and just had to get my hands on this copy. this was a fantastic tale of love and perseverance. Adam's past holds him back from declaring his love to Lily. And just wants her happily ever after. An epic battle between a fairytale and reality.
The writing was great and the characters were so complexed and well developed it was hard not to be engrossed in the story. I wished there was more of the story.
This is a definite must read and so is the first book in the series, The Scale.
