It was fun catching up with Kate and Ian as they navigate their new married lives. Both Ian and Kate gave up a lot to have this life together, and they each give a little in order to make it work. It was kind of nice to see such a happy married couple. Their drama was all created by criminals, and I sort of liked that it was them against the bad guys.

There is not as much high drama in White-Hot as there was in Heart-Shaped Hack, but there is some, and I liked how it gave us closure on the events from the previous book. I also have to say how much I loved the epilogue. It was so sweet and tied up many loose ends. I definitely had a big smile on my face at the end of this one.
