After the last issue I sincerely wasn’t sure what to expect next. Naturally I was worried about what was happening to Chris, but with all the curveballs being thrown lately…well I was afraid to set any expectations or hope, you know? (For the character that is, not for the plot itself).
I actually love the way things were handled in this issue. The whole Chris/Razor relationship is fascinating and compelling, while also being just a little bit concerning, if I may say so. I’m finding myself very fond of Death Head as well, which I seriously wasn’t expecting. He’s doing a good job of allowing us some comic relief, which can be greatly needed at times.
The more I read this four part series, the more convinced I become that this is going to have a larger impact on the Marvel Universe. At least I hope that’s the case. Please let it be the case. There’s only one more issue of this mini-series left, but I hope that it won’t be the last we see of these guys…
