Have I mentioned that I’m thrilled that Luke Cage got picked up again? Even if it is in digital format, I’ll take it! Here we have Luke Cage, once again taking missions on his own. There are perfectly reasonable explanations for why Jessica and Danny aren’t helping too, and I really appreciate the extra time spent with that.
At first I kept trying to figure out how Luke Cage’s and Jessica Jones plots meshed together (at first I was thinking that her plot was the reason she was currently busy and not around) but I’ve decided that I’m just going to assume that they’re happening at different points. Presumably Luke’s is happening at an earlier point, based on the revelation at the end of Jessica Jones 3.
I love the tone of this series. And the cover! The cover is beautiful. The colors are just so striking. I wish this was a physical copy. I may just have to buy a print of it, should it ever become available…
